Skogman Companies Announces BerganKDV as Tenant in New Downtown Building

Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Skogman Companies announced today that BerganKDV will join the company in its new building currently under construction at the corner of 1^st Avenue and 5^th Street SE in Downtown Cedar Rapids later this year. The new $12 million three-story building will be home to Skogman Companies’ core business units, Skogman Realty and Skogman Homes, as well its shared corporate support services staff. The building will also serve as BerganKDV’s new Cedar Rapids division headquarters.

The new building, with over 40,000 feet of office space, is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in September of this year.
